  • Clown Anglerfish / Warty Frogfish, Antennarius maculatus.  Apparently confident in its camouflage, it made no effort to get away, allowing this close-up portrait.  The macro zoom was especially useful here, enabling me to zoom in tight (roughly the 120mm position) without having to adjust strobe or camera position. Thailand, Andaman Sea, Richelieu Rock.
